NOW THE DAY'S STRESS IS
COMMON IN OUR LIFE.
It is
only when stress starts interfering in your daily life that it becomes a cause
for concern.
Regarding
whether stress is a bad disease, it certainly is, because as stress
accumulates, it destroys the vitals. Most psychosomatic illnesses, such as
rheumatoid arthritis, high blood pressure, hyper acidity and many others
are linked directly to stress.
1.MEDITATION:- Stress
can be handled in a number of ways. I would like to suggest a technique that
worked for me, mindfulness meditation. This is rooted in Buddha’s philosophy of
being in the present moment to relive stress.
Meditation
have power to transform our life. And it will be control our stress.
2. EXERCISE:- The best remedy against stress is exercise.
It will keep our body fit and active. Do daily 20 to 30 minutes’ exercise. You can
start Running, Gym, Swimming, or play your favorite sports with a friend.
Whenever possible, exercise outdoors. Exercise produces endorphins that make
you feel good and mellow. In addition, it's healthy.
And after sometimes you will fill stress
free and happy life.
4. STOP NEGATIVE THINKING:-
Negative thinking is very dangerous for our Life. It is very simple way to enter deceased in our body. If you want living Healthy and happy life you need to stop negative thinking.
Convert negative thinking into positive thinking and enjoy your Life.
Our attitude make us healthy and happy.
5. KEEP YOUR SELF MOTIVATED:-
Self Motivation IS best way to healthy and happy life. Read daily 15 to 30 minutes Motivational book, Biography or watch motivational movie. It will make your mind healthy and your thinking will be automatically positive. When your thought positive, then you can enjoy your Life healthy and Stress-free life.
