You can start Running, Gym, Swimming, or play your favorite sports with a friend. Whenever possible, exercise outdoors. Exercise produces endorphins that make you feel good and mellow. In addition, it's healthy.

And after sometimes you will fill stress free and happy life.



3. STOP WATCHING NEWS :-  It’s all bad. Because now the day's News Studio is a Business Point. it show's more negative things, which is very harmful for our life.heads are just actors. Trained to freak you out so you’ll stay tuned. Screw them. I just read the headlines.

4. STOP NEGATIVE THINKING:-
Negative thinking is very dangerous for our Life. It is very simple way to enter deceased in our body. If you want living Healthy  and happy life you need to stop  negative thinking.
