1. Exercise Daily:-if you want to success in life,your first step is get up early morning. and do exercise daily atleast one hour.you do not kill yourself from running ,jogging,jumping etc.


you should have some simple physical activity in your everyday life.
exercise helps to keep stress free minfd. such that you will be more from disease.
It's not a matter of muscle building, but stretching,making every thing move every day.
And getting fresh air in the lungs,and getting some morning sunlight on the skin to create "VITAMIN D". that is very important for healthy life.
2. EAT PROTIEN AND GOOD FOOD:-
Protien  is very important for our body. it is repair our cells and build muscle.
try to stay away from sweets. Fruits and vegetables are the best thing to eat for better shape.
Green vegetables such as green beans and broccoli keep the digestive system clean and feeling better.
Eating many different fruits and vegetables and nuts and legumes is a good way to get more of what you need. Nutrient deficiencies can easily come from long-term narrow diets.



3. GET RELAXING SLEEP.

sleeping is god gifted in human life.so naturally sleeping very useful for our life.
sleep is like recharge our body's battery. Six to eight hours of sleep is best our body. but if you happen to feel tired at any point after coming home from work, by all means take a small nap before exercising. You should only nap for about a half hour. This will prevent you from staying up later in the night.

4. STAY MOTIVATED YOUR SELF:-

Motivation is most important in our life. motivation is enrgy. it is up to go at next step.
it is a importan to setting and getting  goal. it is keep positive our mindset.

Make daily  callory eating eating planing out your physical exercise.

6.AVOID ALCOHOL,NICOTINE:-
Avoid, or at least reduce, your consumption of nicotine and any drinks containing caffeine and alcohol. Caffeine and nicotine are stimulants and so will increase your level of stress rather than reduce it.
You should also aim to avoid or reduce your intake of refined sugars - they are contained in many manufactured foods (such as salad dressings and bread) and can cause energy crashes which may lead you to feel tired and irritable. In general, try to eat a healthy, well-balanced and nutritious diet.
