अपने MIND की छोटी आवाज़ के ऊपर CONTROL करके जीत हासिल करें, कैसे?
Mind ki chhoti awaz ya inner voice ko observe karna ek mindful practice hai, jo aapko apne thoughts aur emotions ko samajhne mein madad karti hai. Isse observe karne ke liye aapko apne andar ki baaton par dhyan dena hoga bina judge kiye. Yahaan kuch steps hain jo aapki madad karenge:
1. Shaanti aur Tanhaai Mein बैठिये.
Ek shaant jagah par baithiye jahan koi disturbance na ho. Apne phone ko silent mode par rakhiye aur apne aas-paas ke shor ko kam kijiye.
2. Meditation Practice Kijiye.
Aankhein band karke apni saans par dhyan deejiy. Dheere-dheere apne andar ke vicharon ko observe karne ki koshish kijiye.
Jab bhi aapka dhyan bhatke, usse wapas apni saans ya andar ke vicharon par le aaiye.
3. Thoughts Ko Label Karein.
Jab koi vichar aaye, usse judge na kijiye. Bas usse label karein, jaise:
“Yeh ek worry hai.”
“Yeh ek idea hai.”
“Yeh ek khushi ka pal hai.”
4. Writing Practice banaye.
Ek diary mein apne thoughts ko likhne ki aadat daaliye. Likhte samay aap apne andar ki chhoti awaz ko aur achhe se samajh sakte hain.
5. Observe Karna Seekhein, React Nahi.
Jab aapke dimaag mein koi thought aaye, us par turant react na karein. Us thought ko bas observe karein aur uska mool (source) samajhne ki koshish karein.
6. Regular Practice kijiye.
Yeh ek din mein nahi aata; iske liye aapko daily practice karni padegi. Roz 5-10 minute ke liye apne aap se connect hone ka samay nikaaliye.
7. Nature Mein Samay Bitaiye
Prakriti ke beech jaake apne andar ke vicharon ko clearly samajhna aasaan ho jata hai. Nature calmness provide karti hai jo inner voice ko observe karne mein madad karti hai.
Jab aap is practice ko regular karenge, toh dheere-dheere aap apni chhoti awaz ko better samajhne lagenge. Yahi awaz aapko aapke intuition aur decision-making mein madad karegi.
